Somme Blvd Playground

Base Borden, Ontario

Within Base Borden, we designed a nature-themed playground; a space for the residents living on the base to experience creative play in a safe environment. The design included rolling topography featuring a large toboggan hill, an embankment slide, log tunnels and a wood and rope parkour course. To compliment the playground design, our firm also included walking paths connecting to the surrounding community and existing splash pad, log benches and the planting of native trees throughout.
